JAPAN HOUSE Los Angeles had the privilege of working with acclaimed filmmaker and Oscar-nominated director Hirokazu Kore-eda in August 2024 as part of our popular “Movie & Bites” series. At the event, guests enjoyed a screening of Kore-eda’s film, “Our Little Sister” (2016), followed by a cooking demonstration and audience tasting of Japanese curry.
